SO, I've basically paid £95 to have someone from 247 Home Rescue come out to my house to tell me that they will not be repairing my boiler. Our view is that the advantages to a landlord of investing in a boiler and heating cover plan definitely outweigh the disadvantages. But ultimately this is a decision each landlord has to make for themselves.
