She loves the kids club even at 10 y/o and the private mini movie theater because she can go ”by herself” since I am only a few feet away. The indoor lazy river pool is a huge hit - and clean and maintained. The outdoor pool is BEACHFRONT..almost in the sand its so well located.The few times we have stayed there the staff was always above and beyond helpful. Downfalls - The A/C units could use an upgrade and the breakfast spot needs some decor upgrades but the food is REAL (not ”pretend scrambled eggs” ) and well prepared and service is good. I wouldn't consider it a ”Luxury” hotel and the seasonal prices are equal to the fancy competitors but I guess that depends on how you define luxury - my daughter would choose this hotel over the new Hilton without question. Difficult to book conference venue it almost seemed as if they didn't want the business.

Clearly all the issues mentioned did not meet me here. It is a nice hotel that is exterior corridor which does not allow pets. Staff is wonderful and caring in each instance that does not deserve what is published here on this site. Also management should be proud of what they are doing here in the most positive way. Lots of places to eat with 2 shopping malls within walking distance.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating and all service requests were fulfilled quickly. As others have said, there is limited parking on site but the valet service was great. They were prompt, never having to wait long.

Had 8 night stay in 1 Bedroom suite with family of 5. Location is perfect, beachfront hotel on northern end of the boardwalk with many places to eat and shop within walking distance. The room itself was clean and spacious, newer decor and kitchen with full amenities.
